"The thoughtfulness of staff have left a huge impact on me"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I had hurt my arm and had went to minor injuries to have it checked, whilst there i took unwell and i was apparently having a heart incident.

I was taken to resus in A and E  where a Fabulous Doctor ( don’t know name) blonde female and the kindest nurse Lorainne managed to give me super immediate treatment whilst settling and reassuring me at the same time.

I was really emotional and can honestly say that the thoughtfulness of Lorainne and the Doctor have left a huge impact on me and i’m so grateful that they were the ones to look after me before I was transferred to the Jubilee Hospital.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your message after what must have been a truly frightening period. Attending our department with one issue and developing another more urgent concern is very much a "right place at the right time".
