(as a service user),

AMU staff were fantastic, so efficient. After a few days in AMU, my son was transferred to 2 south. There are a lot of complicated patients with a variety of needs. I saw that each patient was treated with kindness, adequate supervision and assistance. At the same time my sons antibiotic treatment was never delayed. Another really organised ward with brilliant staff
