To all the staff on the Wynard ward (Wonford hospital),

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent visit. The tea lady, the nurses, the anaesthetist, my surgeon, Iryna, and everyone in between. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I truly appreciated how you all respected my dignity at a time when I felt vulnerable.

Thank you once again for your kindness and professionalism. It made a significant difference to my experience.
