About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Radiology Lagan Valley Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as the patient),

Rang Phone First in Lagan Valley after a fall. Was given an appointment for one hour later. First time ever attending this hospital and was so impressed. Reception staff were lovely, triaged instantly and Nurse Practioner had called me before I even got back to my seat. Straight round to Xray and straight back to the Nurse who give me expert advice and crutches. Treated with the utmost care and respect. Another appointment made for Fracture Clinic 10 days later. Again a very speedy professional service - straight round to X-ray and seen the Dr instantly after that. Can't believe how fast it all was and every member of staff so welcoming. The unit was well signposted too - an excellent, efficient service.
