"Made the whole process that little bit easier"

About: Children & Young People Physical Health / North Lincolnshire Children's Neuro Development Service

(as a parent/guardian),

My son came in for two assessments. The first one was for ADHD and the second one was for autism both times the Steph, was very informative and put both myself and son at ease, she related to him and interacted with him with real care and compassion.

Stephs down to earth nature made the whole process that little bit easier, we didn’t feel like just another patient.

Its really great to hear that Steph supported you and your son so well. Im proud to say all of our staff are really passionate about supporting people with neurodivergent needs, and I know Steph is a highly competent professional who is great at just being herself which always makes people feel at ease, and listened to.

I'll be passing on this wonderful feedback to Steph to thank her for doing such a good job, and I wish you and your son all the best.

Kind regards
