"My whole experience from start to finish was excellent"

I recently attended day surgery at the new Victoria hospital.  

From the minute you walk into this hospital you are greeted by 2 volunteers who are very pleasant & informative.  When I reached  my waiting area the receptionist was also very welcoming.  I waited less than 5 minutes. 

Diane my admittance nurse was absolutely fantastic  very professional & also so pleasant  & informative.  Was last on the list but because I was in such a excellent environment it was fine. Plus I didn't wait as long as I thought for my procedure. 

I wasn't left alone, every so often I was checked on and asked if I needed anything. & informed that my time wouldn't be too long .

Blister came to collect me for my procedure, he was also excellent & professional also very informative about my procedure.   My whole experience from start to finish was excellent.  Every person were fantastic brilliant team & hospital thank you kindly
