"They are credit to themselves and the NHS"

About: Coatbridge Locality / Treatment Room

(as the patient),

I have been attending the treatment room for a good few years and after my recent visit was compelled by the experience to make a response. The nurses and admin staff all do a wonderful job, the nurses especially as they are on the front line dealing personally with patients. It takes a certain type of person to do a job like this and there are not many who could replace these women and the absolute amazing service they provide. This isn't just a job, it's a vocation and a dedicated attitude to helping, supporting and giving hope to people when they feel the NHS is in crisis. They are credit to themselves and the NHS they represent. Well done.

Hi Jammerot,

Thank you for taking the time to contact Care Opinion and share such a heartfelt review.

Your words beautifully reflect the dedication and spirit of the nurses and admin staff within the Treatment Room Service. Feedback like yours truly lifts morale and reminds the team how much their work matters.

It’s clear how deeply their care and compassion have impacted you over the years, and it’s incredibly moving to see that appreciation expressed so sincerely. They really are the unsung heroes—delivering exceptional care with kindness, strength, and grace.

I’ll be sure to pass your message along to the nursing and admin teams. It means a great deal to them and helps them feel seen, valued, and proud of the work they do.

Thank you once again for your lovely feedback.

Lorna
