"She was patient and kind to me"

I was seen by Elaine from the Hep C van who came to scan my liver.  She explain the process and what the initial results meant.  We also spoke about the difficulties I am having with my partner at the moment and the impact it is having on my health.  She was patient and kind to me, listening without judgement.  She said she would speak to one of the nurses which she did and they called me.  I am so grateful to her for listening and doing what she said she would do.
