They keep sending me texts saying I need to book an appointment for a check on my ongoing medical issues then make it impossible to book an appointment because they never answer the phone. 1 hour and 5 minutes as no 1 in the queue. I have mobility issues, don't drive and can't afford to keep taking taxis so left with no choice but to hobble, in pain to the surgery or ignore my health issues and hope they don't get worse. Is this really the state of the NHS these days?
