"I'm well educated now and I feel a lot better"

About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS

(as a service user),

I had an addiction to spice but I have had lots of help from the sessions. They have been extremely useful with helping me keep off it and how to keep safe if I ever did relapse. I felt scared at first because I didn't know the effects of it but I'm well educated now and I feel a lot better.

Hi alphash59

I am one of the managers of STaRS thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your experience of working with the service which will be shared.

A huge congratulation on achieving your goals around being abstinent from spice that is so nice to hear. It is very positive that although scared you engaged in sessions and now feel confident with the education you have received to stay safe should you need this in the future.

It is lovely you are now feeling better, I wish you happiness and success in future ambitions as you move forward on your journey.

Take Care

Liz Giles
