I have not been out of my home in 5 years, had 2 hip replacements but after a bad fall I lost my confidence. The two ladies from the team, Lucy - physio and Tracy - rehabilitation have been brilliant. They have helped so much with my mobility. I can now walk across the road to my friends house, I can use steps and I have signed up for some gentle exercise classes.
