Thank you for an excellent service.  I was feeling sicky with nerves but the staff reassured me and it was second to none.  I had sedation and the aftercare was brilliant.  I was seen by the same staff and like the continuity.  Thank you to Miss Patrick and the team.  100%.

Thank you for taking your time to provide positive feedback from your experience in our Endoscopy department, which will be of value to future patients who may attend.

We are aware that these procedures can cause apprehension and we strive to alleviate these for our patients whilst providing a high standard of patient centred care. I will pass on the feedback to our team and our Senior Charge Nurse.
