"Really went out of her way to put my mind at ease"

Initially diacovering that I had tested positive for Hepatitis C was something of a shock - especially as my medical records showed I had been positive since 2011 - a fact I was somehow unaware of.

Met the lovely Jenny who was to be my mentor and guardian-angel throughout. The level of professionalism, deep knowledge and the extremely soft touch Jenny has was extremely helpful. She took the time to ask pertinent questions around my diagnosis and really went out of her way to put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned, and the whole experience went by the numbers with Jenny in contact whenever the situation needed professional support. Jenny has very obviously been doing the job for a time but her sense of humour, bottomless time and patience and her ability to put my mind at rest is something positive I will take away and remember for a long time.

On a more personal note - Thank you Jenny, I appreciate everything you've done for me and I wish you and yours well for the future.
