About: West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital (Yorkhill) / Orthopaedics West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital (Yorkhill) / physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I telephoned spinal orthopeadics this morning to gain assistance/advice. 

The secretary who I spoke to was called Susan. This lady was so helpful and friendly. She informed me she would speak to my advanced practitioner physitherapist Mr O'Toole and call me back.

This was done in less than 30 minutes to which I was mightily impressed. Susan was so efficient and professional and I would like to convey my thanks to her.

Also many thanks to Mr O'Toole for his assistance with this.
