I just want to comend Senior Charge nurse Campbell on an extremely well run department. I attended for a procedure and was given a warm and friendly welcome. Reassured by Cherrie the ward clerk as well as all of the Endoscopy staff.

Everything was clearly explained from start to finish. Staff in the room, Andrew, Jane and nurse endoscopist Siobhan made sure I was reassured and informed throughout the whole procedure.

Care of the absolute highest standard and without doubt a credit to the people of Inverclyde and Greater Glasgow. Very proud to have such an excellent service in Inverclyde.

I was truly pleased to hear that our teams professionalism has shone through and you felt reassured by the team here at the unit.

It is encouraging to know you felt supported throughout your experience here at Endoscopy, I'm sure this feedback will be a comfort to others who are due to attend our department.

I am proud of the work our NHS Endoscopy team do on a daily basis so to hear this echoed by our patients is very heartening. Thank you.
