My son was referred to Forth Valley Hospital children's ward for the removal of three teeth. His pre-operative assessment took place on early October, with the surgery scheduled 11 days later. Upon arrival, there was some initial confusion, as there had been no formal confirmation of his appointment or surgery beyond our discussions with the paediatrician. However, this was promptly and efficiently resolved by the nursing staff, who went above and beyond to assist us.

He was quickly assigned to a ward and admitted to surgery within a few hours. Throughout the process, all staff were extremely helpful and informative, with special thanks to Mavis for her exceptional care. The surgical team were highly knowledgeable and open to addressing any questions we had, which was greatly appreciated.
