"So knowledgeable and understanding"

I had an excellent service at Hickings Lane Medical Centre. I had some concerns relating to menopause and ovarian issues and had been experiencing mild stomach pain. I filled the form on a Friday in the new online system and was triaged to come the following Monday. Dr Robinson was excellent. She was so knowledgeable about menopause and understanding of the issues I was facing (not always the case with gps). She made me feel really comfortable from the start of the appointment to the end- gp appointments can often feel awkward and impersonal. Thank you very much !
