"I was treated lovely"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Was admitted recently for my second  knee replacement , from start to discharge I was treated lovely, all staff was so kind, nothing too much trouble, never felt bad about calling anyone, even though they are so busy, plenty of tea and coffee, all day staff had a chat and made time for us and of course  got to mention Mr Farooq, such a nice man and made the process  less scary  so well done all of you.
