"Trip to Pharmacy"

Parked in Disabled Parking Space with badge. Went to Pharmacy to get prescription for Colonoscopy procedure. Told there would be a c45 minute wait. It was actually 1.5 hours. There was a crowd of people in the corridor waiting but no signage telling you to submit your prescription on arrival, I  thought it was a queue but when I asked members of the public explained the process. When prescriptions were dispensed names were announced over the counter that could not be heard by the people waiting in the corridor. There was no privacy when prescriptions were dispensed and explained. Numerous people gave up waiting for their prescription and left. Back to the car and discovered that you need to validate your disabled parking badge by scanning it a machine in the hospital. You are also meant to leave your badge on the dashboard to validate parking. Luckily I had a husband with me who could take the permit back into the hospital to do this but had I been on my own ?
