"Left feeling much better than when I arrived"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Primary Care Out of Hours NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

Called 111 and was spoken to quickly by a call handler, she progressed call to a Nurse who then progressed to a Doctor where I was given an appointment at my local OOH in Hamilton. The service from start to finish was very good, I felt listened to, and was given treatment options by a very nice female doctor. I decided to go with her options and after an hour or so left feeling much better than when I arrived. Thank you to all involved recently.
