"A breath of fresh air"

Following a exercise ECG in the Down hospital i was referred to the Rapid Access Angina Clinic in the Ulster Hospital.

I dealt with Samantha and I want to thank her for all her help and support over the past few months. She was brilliant and I really appreciate all that she did. She was a breath of fresh air from the first phone call I received from her a few months back.

She must get loads of email and calls from people like me looking for information and updates.  It can not be easy replying and doing her best to help everyone.

I would also like to thank Clare in the Rapid Access Angina Clinic. She looked after me when i went in for a CT scan. 

Both Samantha and Clare are a credit to the health service.
