Hamilton Out Of Hours - Douglas Street.
Had to take my 4 year old son for an appointment. He has a rare, genetic condition plus he is also on the spectrum so waiting rooms are very much a no go for us as he gets very overstimulated with the noise, lights and strangers. Dr Mike was absolutely amazing with my son. He took us in to a quiet room, provided my little one with sensory, fidget toys and was able to communicate using makaton which is a first for us. We've never came across a doctor outwith audiology and ENT who can sign. Mike really went over and above to make us comfortable. Thanks so much for being so attentive and understanding. An absolute credit to the NHS indeed.
