My name is Adrian Dawson, Clinical Systems Manager here at St Margaret of Scotland Hospice. What wonderful feedback about your precious husband and the care he has been receiving. I have shared this with all the staff here at our beautiful Hospice and it has been such a lovely reminder, on reflection, of exactly why our team do what they do.

I truly believe feedback like the story you have kindly posted, is crucial; not only for our staff to reflect on their own professionalism and level of consistency but as a constant shining light for patients and their families in what may seem like a daunting journey.
