Lately I’ve become more infirm and unable to do some of the personal tasks I used to do myself . Caitlin from the physiotherapy team recognised I had a need for personal support and made this happen for me . After an initial shaky start I now have a carer twice a week and this has made life much better for me

Thank you for taking the time to write some feedback on the support that Caitlin offered you and that you have worked together where you now have carer support twice weekly to help improve your quality of life. My apologies for the delay in replying, I have just returned today from a period of leave.
