"Fantastic care and compassion"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Day Surgery Unit

(as the patient),

I recently underwent day surgery at ERI and have to say the treatment i received was second to none. After my operation i received care from Paula and newly qualified Carys. Nothing was too much trouble for either of the nurses, who carried out their care with such a professional and caring manner. Then there was Lee, who was on hand to look after lunch and other beverages with a fantastic can-do attitude. Moving on to the nurses who were responsible for my evening care, Dianne, Isabel and Catriona, who were on hand to look after my needs, where again nothing was too much trouble. Finally on the day of my discharge, Chloe ( Charge nurse) handled all my needs with a fantastic bedside manner, where nothing was a problem. Chloe even took time out to discuss my treatment with a trainee nurse Abbie, explaining patiently each step she was taking. Thank you so much each and every one of you (and anyone i missed) for the fantastic care and compassion you all showed me. You are all super heroes.
