"Gastroendoscopy"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as the patient),

One of the worst experiences of my life. Nurse forcefully opened my jaw to administer numbing spray when I was going to do it. Despite asking multiple times for the procedure to be stopped as it was too much for me, they continued on anyways.

No attempt for accessibility was even considered by the hospital.

Whilst there were these negatives, the administration nurse who brought me in was extremely friendly.
