"Absolute stars for the care and compassion they showed"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I attended UHD ED recently  with my elderly mother as she had injured her arm from a fall . It was immediately  obvious the pressure the department was under with the waiting room full .

S/N Eileen and Darren were absolute stars / heroes for the care and compassion they showed  my mother . They went above above and beyond and all we can say as a family , is a huge thank you . 

Thankfully due to their professional , expert opinion my mother is at home improving each day .

Your comments about Nurse Eileen and Darren are greatly appreciated. Its wonderful to know that, despite the pressures, their care and compassion made such a positive difference to your mother`s experience. Your thanks will be shared directly with them and I know it will mean a great deal.
