"Very informative professional and made me feel at ease"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Gynaecology Rapid Access Unit

(as a service user),

I was nervous to attend my appointment for bleeding post menopausal as I know it can be serious. The staff nursing staff and senior nursing staff carrying out my procedure and questioning where very informative professional and made me feel at ease.

I can’t thank the staff enough at UHH for the care they showed me during a difficult worrying time they even informed my daughter fully who is also a nurse. Which also was very appreciated.

Amazing unit and thanks again! All news was great and I’m feeling very blessed and happy.
