"Removal of plates in lower jaw."

From the moment I entered the day surgery unit at the Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy,  I felt reasured and comfortable. 

All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made me feel relaxed as I suffer from anxiety.  

Once I was prepped, by lovely caring staff,  to go to theatre I was taken by another very friendly and informative staff member.  

Getting prepped for surgery was, once again a very positive event. Staff were reassuring and gave me step by step info on what was happening.

After I returned to the ward once again the care I received was brilliant.  

I cannot fault my experience any time I've been in hospital,  this time was more than excellent.
