"Confused and disorganised"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Xray and Scans

(as a service user),

I arrived for my ultrasound 20 minutes before my scheduled time. Two other people came after me, and they were the first to get in, even though they were scheduled for a later time. The receptionist and another person in the office seemed confused, disorganized, and unable to call patients in order. Of course, I was the last to arrive.
