"MRI appointment"

About: Yeovil District Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

Right from the beginning of my appointment today, I was made to feel welcome and respected. The reception team were kind, caring, and considerate — with special mention to Lauren and Rebecca, who set such a positive tone for my visit.

I was then called into the MRI suite by Emiliano, who went through my questionnaire, took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly explained each step of the process. I was later greeted by Chiorboli, who was equally professional and compassionate, assisting Emiliano in preparing me for the scan.

After my MRI, when I felt a little unsteady and woozy, both Emiliano and Chiorboli supported me with such genuine kindness and care, ensuring I was safely and comfortably returned to my wheelchair. I give my heartfelt thanks to them both.

All of the staff I encountered today are the very epitome of what the NHS stands for — compassion, professionalism, and dedication. I am deeply grateful for the care I received.
