"The team are fantastic"

For the last 9 months, I have been attending physiotherapy in the Royal Victoria Hospital Fracture Rehabilitation Gym, after a fracture dislocation injury in September 2024. 

The team are fantastic. Everyone was very helpful and encouraging. I want to give a special thanks to my physio, Maeve, who played a massive part in getting me back on my feet after my surgeries.

Maeve guided me through all stages of my recovery, tailoring my physio sessions as I became more able and confident. The sessions also focused on building my ability and confidence to return to the activities I was doing before my injury, such as going to the gym.

Maeve was happy to answer any questions and gave me lots of exercises to do at home to speed up my recovery. 

Thanks also to Chris, who always stopped to say hello and helped with any rescheduling over the months!
