About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I recently attended the Branston clinic for a coil removal, which turned out to be a very painful and difficult experience. It brought up past trauma for me and I felt extremely distressed at the time.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Nurse Rachel for her empathy, kindness, and reassurance throughout. She really went above and beyond to support me when I was struggling. I also want to thank Nurse Diane for her understanding and care.

Although the procedure itself was difficult, the compassion shown by both Rachel and Diane made a huge difference to me. I felt truly cared for in what could otherwise have been an unbearable experience.
