"My treatment"

I was so grateful for the care and treatment I was given at Crosshouse Hospital, despite all the pressures I know that the NHS is under.  I phoned 111 to ask for advice about a cut I sustained. They booked me in for an appointment at Crosshouse. I was triaged and sent to small injuries, my cut was cleaned, 3 sealing straps were added and I was given a tetanus jab. I was out within one hour. Thank you to all those at Crosshouse who make this, and so many other treatments and lifesaving interventions happen.
