About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Suspected heart issue, arrived not knowing what to expect. Greeted warmly & professionally by reception. Wait wasn't long, all nurses, doctors, assistants were caring, kind, thorough and professional. I left reassured and heard. My heartfelt thanks to all.
