About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

The lady doctor was brilliant put me at ease as i was extremely anxious , explained what was going to happen

Talked about other treatments that would help me in the future and gave me great advice

My dignity was kept at all stages and explained to step by step what was happening and a procedure that I was worried about was completed with ease,

Thanks also to the support worker who supported me throughput the procedure and kept me occupied whilst the doctor performed the procedure
