About: Airdrie Locality / Integrated Rehab Team

(as the patient),

I met Katrina a few weeks ago. Before I met Katrina I was I a dark place. I feel the UK can be an unsafe place to live. I stopped going out shopping do most online now. I don’t socialise anymore. My wife is in a wheelchair for the past 8 years only in past year am feeling this way. Til I met Katrina.

A down to earth woman who understands what’s going on my head. We are getting there but feel there’s a long road ahead.

Hi bluede43,

Thank you for taking the time to share your story. I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you have been going through... and for such a long time. I am very glad to hear that you feel like things are beginning to change, that you are feeling understood and are being supported to improve your day to day. I will make sure that Katrina gets your feeedback and thank you again for your post.

Wishing you and your wife all the very best for the future.

Kind regards

Joanne
