About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency Victoria Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

My son has high temp rash and sore head sore eyes and can barely walk, waiting 3 hours and still nothing. Filling up the children's ward with more children and not seeing anyone. The service is useless. The hospital isn't even busy?

I am sorry that your son is unwell and you have been waiting to be seen, I am unclear if you were waiting in the Emergency Department or the Children's ward but if it is the Emergency Department I would be happy for you to give me a call so we can discuss this further?
