I recently had to go into ARI for a minor medical procedure. I was expected to only be a day case, firstly going to the Department for Scheduled Admissions then to Theatre, Recovery then home. However it ended up with me being admitted overnight onto Ward 302.
I just wanted to say that every single person I interacted with from the Receptionist, Nurses, Doctors, Anaesthetist, Porter, Auxiliaries, everyone. Everyone was so kind and pleasant. I was extremely anxious going into the hospital and the fact that everyone was so helpful, kind and caring made my stay much less anxious.
I just wanted to give these hard working people a shout out that they are appreciated for the job they do but also being helpful, kind and caring. So thank you to you all who made my stay so much less anxious than it might have been.
