About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as a service user),

Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease - which is very important with sexual health! They went through plenty of useful questions then recommended tests. I provided a urine sample, they did a visual check and took a swab, and then took some blood. They provided some advice, products and free condoms. Excellent service.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
