"Patience, fun and understanding"

I completed 8 weekly sessions, 1.5hrs per week and I had my assessment recently.

These sessions were to give me information and exercises to help me with my C.O.P.D. and Ali, Fiona and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic.

They gave clear information on diet, breathing techniques, exercises, use of inhalers/nebulisers, medications available and so much more and the exercise regime was exactly right for me and where I am with my C.O.P.D. at present and the best things to put in place for me moving forward with my condition.

I will miss the friends I made and the fun we all had together each Thursday, it encouraged me to get out of the house and to exercise again and I continue with the exercises at home as they make me feel better and are helping me tone up.

Ali, Fiona and the team should be very proud of what they do, and how they conduct the classes, with patience, fun and understanding. I wish you all the very best in the future.
