Shannon and Cara were great with our 3 year old son who was in for his first ever blood test. They put him at ease and he didn't even know they'd taken the blood. A very positive experience.

I'm so pleased to hear that Shannon and Cara were able to make your son's first blood test such a calm and positive one. It’s not always easy for little ones, so knowing he felt at ease and didn’t even notice the blood being taken is just fantastic!
