"Rather confusing and little explanation"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

The SLT was attempted but without success. This was my second visit - the first having gone very well indeed. I was expecting a similar experience but it was totally different. Although drops were placed in my eyes they appeared to be different, the doctor at first suggested that there was a problem with my being overweight that was affecting how she could manipulate the machine and she went to consult with a ‘senior colleague’. When she returned there was a discussion about a cataract being the reason for halting the treatment. It was rather confusing and there was little explanation.
