"They never made me feel pressured or stressed"

I had a mental health crisis. I was sent round to spend the night. Amazing staff. In for check ins and making sure I had enough juice or if I was hungry. Due to the long waits Ruth was able to bring me up colouring pencils and work sheets which I really appreciated. Along with that they have made me feel appreciated and looked out for. With their services. They never made me feel pressured or stressed. So over all I very positive experience.
