"Me a boy aged 11"

About: Children and Young People Services / Child and Adolescent Mental Services

(as the patient),

Scared. I have meltdowns. They are getting worse. My brain is full. I cannot explain. I don't like noise . Certain foods. Certain clothes. I cannot do my buttons on school shirt. Just everything.

I have dissociated. I shout. I climb. I say nasty things to my mum. I run, fight and even zone out. I am struggling in school. I am really overwhelmed. I am adopted. It's hard.

I don't understand what I do and why. I love my mum and dad. I am scared to be autistic.

Good morning whiskeycz67

I am sorry to hear that things have been difficult for you.

Please show your parent this message and ask them to contact the CAMHS Clinic on 028 38392112 (option 1). They should ask to speak to Lynsey Belshaw. I would like an opportunity to speak to them to make sure that you have supports in place.

Take care
