"Falling on a slope outside"

About: Integrated Community Services Service Delivery Unit / Hospital at Home (Physical Health) Integrated Community Services Service Delivery Unit / Malvern Neighbourhood Team

(as a relative),

My husband fell and after the initial fall team came - who were kind and understanding. Fortunately I had help him into a comfortable position outside in our sloping garden. We called 999 and eventually the fall team arrived. They got in touch with the Worcestershire health and Care team of district nurses. We saw another nurse in the evening. Then the next day two more.

We were so pleased with the care and strong advice.  My husband actually listened and has followed the advice given! They are most helpful on the phone and I can ring anytime for advice. We have seen two further nurses since his fall for general advice help as he is 90.

Thank you for your kind words.

We are happy that we could help your husband with support and advice both in person and on the phone.
