I was referred by the GP re classes
I attended for 6 weeks as I couldn’t walk well and I became breathless .
They are so important and caring and they really saved my confidence., as my husband had died recently and my morale was low.
The friendliness of the class members kept me wanting to return every session.
When I had finished the 6 week course my breathing had improved with exercise and breathing techniques. I Felt more confident.
