"Super happy with my appointment"

I attended the sexual health clinic for a removal of my implant. 

I had a lovely lady called Jen to carry out this procedure for me and I am extremely happy with the treatment i received along with Jen's knowledge. 

At the beginning of my appointment I was nervous due to previous experience and explained I would probably nervously talk my way through the appointment. Jen made it her mission to speak all things holiday and kept me calm throughout. 

Jen did not judge or try and convince me on other contraception methods as per my last experience, just let me do what I wanted for my body but also kept myself updated in her knowledge.

This clinic is so important to not just myself that I know but for others too. Big up for Jen keeping me calm and collected while staying professional. Super happy with my appointment.
