About: Lincoln County Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

The receptionist was very helpful with the appointment. You need to wait a little longer then the nurse comes to you, it was very good.

The staff were very welcoming, nicely helping with everything for my first surgery, they explained everything which I needed to do.

The only thing was that I barely woke up, I didn't even recover from the anaesthesia very well and I was sent home. They also didn't call the family when I was out of surgery, my husband needed to call to check.

Everything else was super ok and thank you for that.

Apologies, the team did not call your family after you was out of surgery, I will take your feedback back to the teams so we can improve this service going forward.
