"A truly wonderful doctor"

I recently had an appointment with a psychiatrist named Dr. Vinte, and he was genuinely one of the kindest, most empathetic, and understanding doctors I’ve ever met. He took the time to really listen to me and worked with me to create a thoughtful treatment plan.

A few days later, I experienced a panic attack and contacted CMHT. To my surprise, Dr. Vinte personally called me back along with a colleague. He spoke to me on the phone, helped calm me down, and patiently went through my treatment plan again. His compassion and professionalism moved me deeply — I was almost in tears when telling my friends and family about how much his kindness meant to me.

Dr. Vinte is a truly wonderful doctor who deserves recognition for the exceptional way he treats his patients. I feel incredibly grateful knowing that he is overseeing my care. I trust him completely, and for the first time in a long while, I can see a hopeful future ahead — one where I might overcome my current struggles, thanks to his dedication and determination to help.

I sincerely hope he knows how deeply appreciated he is by his patients. What an outstanding doctor and a true asset to NHS Lanarkshire. I’m feeling very thankful and reassured knowing he’ll be there to support me whenever I need it.
